Account Information:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Preferred language
  • Password (encrypted, never stored in plain text)

Optional Information:

  • Telegram Chat ID (if you connect Telegram for alerts)

Usage Data:

  • IP address and browser details
  • Pages visited and features used
  • AI Chat transcripts and requested pairs

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide the Service: Process your queries, verify signals, and manage your account.
  • Send Notifications: Deliver trading alerts via Email and Telegram based on your preferences.
  • Improve the Platform: Analyze usage trends to refine AI models and add new asset pairs.
  • Process Payments: Handle subscription billing securely through our providers.
  • Communicate: Send important account updates, security notices, and support replies.
  • Ensure Security: Prevent fraudulent activity and abuse of the platform.

3. Data Storage & Security

We do NOT sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is protected using industry-standard security measures:

4. Third-Party Services

We share limited data with necessary sub-processors to run the service:

AI Engine
Chat queries are processed securely. No personal data is used for model training.
Telegram Bot API
Receives your Telegram Chat ID to deliver instant price alerts.
Email Service
Receives your email address to deliver alerts and password resets (Resend).
Payment Provider
Processes all billing securely. Halytix never touches your credit card numbers.

5. Cookies & Tracking

Halytix uses session cookies only for core functionality (keeping you logged in). We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.

6. Data Retention

  • Account data: Retained as long as your account is active.
  • Chat history: Stored to provide context for your sessions. Can be deleted manually.
  • Alert history: Kept for 30 days.
  • Payment records: Kept for 7 years for tax/legal compliance.

If you delete your account, your personal data is permanently wiped within 30 days.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), you have the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of your data
  • Correction: Update inaccurate data
  • Deletion: Delete your account and associated data ("Right to be Forgotten")
  • Export: Download your data in a portable format
  • Objection: Opt-out of non-essential communications
