Refund Policy

1. Subscription Model

Halytix offers the following paid subscription plans, billed monthly:

Free Plan$0 — 3-day trial
Starter Plan$49/month — billed monthly
Pro Plan$89/month — billed monthly

All paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

2. Refund Eligibility

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee:

First-time subscribers to any paid plan (Starter or Pro) are eligible for a full refund if requested within 7 days of the initial subscription date. No questions asked.

After 7 Days — No Refunds:

After the 7-day guarantee period, no refunds will be issued. Halytix is a digital service that is immediately consumed upon purchase (AI analyses, signal access, alert functionality). As such, the digital nature of the service means it cannot be "returned.".

Exceptions:

Refunds may be issued outside the 7-day window in the following cases:

  • Duplicate charges — if you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same subscription period
  • Technical issues — if a platform-side technical issue prevented you from accessing the paid features for an extended period (72+ hours)
  • Billing errors — if there was a demonstrable error in the billing amount

Refund exceptions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear fraudulent or abusive.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

Send an email to support@halytix.com with the subject line "Refund Request"

Include your account email address and the reason for your refund request

We will review your request and respond within 48 hours

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge date to be eligible for the money-back guarantee.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Go to Settings → Subscription in your Halytix dashboard
  • Click "Cancel Subscription"
  • Your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period
  • After the billing period ends, your account will automatically revert to the Free plan
  • You will not be charged again after cancellation

Cancellation is different from a refund. When you cancel, you retain access until the end of your paid period. A refund returns the payment for the current period.
